General requirements for materials under Article 2.1 of the new regulatory standards

Paragraph (5) of Article 2.1 of the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Fixed Pressure Vessels\" stipulates that when pressure vessel manufacturers obtain materials for such vessels from entities that are not engaged in material production, they must obtain an original certificate of material quality, or a copy stamped with the official seal of the material supplier and signed by the person in charge. Question 1: If purchasing from a steel plate distributor, should one obtain a copy of the material quality certificate (with the distributor’s stamp) in black, or a copy of the material quality certificate stamped with a red seal? Question 2: If the steel plate is scrap material leftover from a pressure vessel manufacturer, is it necessary for the material quality certificate to bear the official seal of that manufacturer?

When distributing materials from the pressure vessel manufacturing plant, should the official seal of the pressure vessel manufacturing company be used, or the inspection seal? Is this chapter placed on top of the copy?
Both distributors and pressure vessel manufacturers, being non-material manufacturing entities, must obtain the original material quality certificate, or a photocopy thereof stamped with the official seal of the material trading entity and signed by the responsible person in charge.
In cases where a material certificate is obtained from a pressure vessel manufacturer, it is generally the case that the material has already been warehoused; what can be provided is a secondary copy. Even the official seal of the material trading company appears as a photocopy
The manufacturing factory that sells you the materials is your material supplier.
According to the literal meaning of the text. . . Indeed, it requires the official seal of the material management company, the official seal. For general container manufacturing enterprises that supply raw materials to external parties, it’s indeed a bit troublesome to affix the official seal :lol
Regardless of where you obtain the materials from, in the end, your quality certificate will either be the original material quality certificate or a photocopy stamped with the official seal of the material trading entity and signed by the responsible person.
