Issues regarding the design of pressure vessels compliant with PED 2014/68/EU

I have received a request for a quote regarding a pressure vessel, with the requirement that it meet the standards specified in the title. I would like to ask which specific design standards should be applied, and whether there are any additional requirements regarding the materials to be used. Additionally, the client specified that the design pressure should be between -0.1 MPa and 1 MPa; is it necessary to calculate it separately for internal and external pressure vessels?
Compliance with EN13445, AD2000, ASME, or GB is all acceptable, as long as it is approved by the customer. All shell materials require certificates of type 3.1 or 3.2; a CE certificate shall be issued after inspection by an inspector qualified in the EU, and both internal and external pressures need to be calculated
