The relationship between HG20615, ASME16.9, and TSG

Some design institutes use ASME standards for pipes, flanges, etc., directly in their designs. However, according to Article 52 of TSGD0001-2009, the Regulations on the Supervision of Pressure Piping in Industrial Applications, the design of flanges, gaskets, and fasteners for pressure piping shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG-20592~20635. Wouldn’t this violate the TSG regulations? A similar issue exists with containers: while AEME standards are used for designing container flanges, TSG21-2016 requires the use of chemical industry standards
Regarding this issue, it should be me personally. Some designs are design packages provided from abroad, based on American standards, and the design institutes simply follow those standards. Furthermore, the HG standard includes a US standard series, which carries out the conversion between imperial and metric units as well as the rounding of data in accordance with US standards.
The HG standards do provide detailed specifications for the American CLASS series and the European PN series. Therefore, I believe that it is fine to use the American series specified in the HG standards when adopting foreign process packages in China. However, using standards such as the American ASME standards directly seems a bit inappropriate
