I would like to ask for recommendations on oil-water separators that can operate efficiently and automatically for our installation. The oil-to-water ratio is approximately 1:3, and high precision in separation isn’t required. Are there any suitable manufacturers you could suggest?
Do you want to choose a dynamic separation device, such as a centrifuge, or a static separation device, such as a coalescer?
There are no special requirements regarding motion; the focus is on advanced technical equipment that can achieve efficient and automatic separation, eliminating the need for operators to monitor the liquid level.
It’s easy to find someone who can make coagulators; a level gauge can be installed for automatic level control. You can turn to Hangzhou Kebaité or Xi’an Liaoyuan Purification – they are among the best companies in China in this field
Hello, could you recommend a few more domestic manufacturers that are good at producing centrifugal separators? handshake
Try BGI; I’m not sure if they manufacture such centrifuges, but for foreign brands, GEA and Alfa Laval could be recommended

I recommend the AW emulsifier removal technology from Beijing University of Petrochemical Technology – it is designed specifically for removing emulsified oils. It differs from conventional coagulation separation methods, as it can eliminate oils that are severely emulsified; conventional coagulation separation cannot deal with such emulsified oils. There is no particular restriction on the content of liquid oil.
