The diameter is DN6000, which is beyond the scope allowed by the standard. If I were to design this device, and if the conditions required an ear-type support, then I might make a circle of reinforcement plates around the ear-type support. Let this circle of barrel bear the load. As for how many supports you need, you have to calculate it. You can calculate it using standard calculation methods. The above opinions are for your reference only.
