What is the purpose of the holes on the thermal insulation support ring on the tower top head?

Could you please tell me what is the purpose of the holes on the thermal insulation support ring (type II) on the top of the tower? Why are there no holes in the tower thermal insulation support ring (type I)?
This post was last edited by Paris on 2022-9-16 10:07. The Ω-shaped insulation nails welded at the tangent line of the upper head in this standard have the same effect as opening small holes around the insulation circle.
It should be used for tying insulation materials.
Used for threading iron wire to fix insulation materials.
