For boiler energy efficiency testing, the testing agency requires a coal-fired design calculation document. However, for a boiler that’s ten years old, the manufacturer at the time did not provide such a document. What should be done in this case? Is it impossible to conduct the test at all? Moreover, the testing has already been completed, but they say they can’t issue a report. What can be done now?
