The \"Catalogue of Licenses for Special Equipment Manufacturing Units\", the \"Classification and Items for Qualification Assessment of Special Equipment Operators\", and the \"Items for Qualification Assessment of Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Personnel\" have been formulated. The above catalog and items shall come into effect as of June 1, 2019. According to the latest list of administrative permits for special equipment, has the classification of Category 3 pressure vessels been abolished? Also, in the current latest list of administrative permits for special equipment, does it mean that to manufacture Class 3 pressure vessels, one only needs a Class D manufacturing license? Also, the existing A2-class vessels are to be converted into other high-pressure vessels. (But what exactly are these \"other high-pressure vessels\"?) ）

Liquid ammonia falls under category III pressure vessels, with a design pressure of only 2.2 Mpa. Under the old regulations, an A2 production qualification was required; for low and medium pressure applications, the relevant qualifications are classified as D1/D2 levels； The new regulations have removed the requirement that Category 3 pressure vessels must possess an A2 manufacturing qualification; instead, the A2 qualification has been incorporated into the manufacturing qualifications for other high-pressure vessels, while the manufacturing qualifications for low- and medium-pressure vessels have all been changed to Class D. So now I just need to require the manufacturer to have Class D production qualifications, right?
