What kind of welding wire should be used for 321 material and 310S material?

The operating temperature of the equipment is 500°C and the working pressure is 8 kg. The device is small, about 0.5L. A small 57mm tube with two flat caps on the top and bottom. The tube is made of 321 material and the flat cover is made of 310S material. Can pipes and flat covers be welded with 321 welding wire?
Wouldn't it be better to use 310s or 321?

In comparison, it is better to use welding materials made of 321 material. 321 is relatively high temperature resistant.
