Is heat treatment required for the heat exchanger tube box made of composite panels?

Guys, for the tube boxes of heat exchangers made from composite plates (Q345R+S30403) that include partition plates, is heat treatment required after they are manufactured? The partition plates are made of stainless steel. How do you usually proceed with this during the equipment manufacturing process?
To maintain the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, low-current welding is generally used for separating the partitions, without heat treatment
Currently, both heat treatment and no heat treatment are employed, but when heat treatment is specified in the design drawings or technical specifications, it is mainly to address the release of welding stresses during equipment operation and to prevent leakage due to failure of the flange sealing surfaces. Or is heat treatment only applied to the carbon steel pipe enclosures with partition diaphragms as required by GB151?
