Recently, the 4 reactors designed and manufactured by Lansi Heavy Equipment for Shandong Yitai Bocheng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.’s 250,000 tons per year new fluid lubricant material production project were completed and delivered; among them, the hydrogenation isomerization reactor and the supplementary refining reactor have been installed in place. This project is a key initiative of Yitai Group aimed at entering the high-end fine chemicals sector and expanding its coal chemical industry chain. It utilizes advanced international hydrogenation isomerization and supplementary refining processes, with coal-to-oil Fischer-Tropsch wax as the core raw material, to produce high-value products such as API Class III/III+ base oils and food-grade white oils. Additionally, it also manufactures naphtha and specialized cleaning agents. The hydrogenation isomerization reactor, the supplementary refining reactor, and the first/second hydrogenation refining reactors designed and manufactured by LANSI Heavy Equipment are the core equipment of the project’s production facilities. The R&D and design center, the sales branch offices, and the Qingdao company work together efficiently and in close coordination to develop customized design and manufacturing solutions tailored to the characteristics of the equipment. They coordinate all available resources, strengthen oversight of the entire production process—including re-inspection of raw materials, cutting and shaping, and welding and heat treatment—and focus on meeting set deadlines. By planning tasks backward and enhancing scheduling, they ensure that production objectives are achieved on schedule. Next, Lansi Heavy Equipment will continue to monitor customer needs, provide subsequent technical support and service guarantees, to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment in the projects, thereby contributing Lansi’s efforts to Shandong Yitai’s efforts to optimize the structure of its coal chemical products and enhance the value of its industrial chain.
