Regarding the nozzles on the tank roof, other disciplines have specified that the length of these nozzles should be over 1000 mm. I would like to know if there are any specific requirements regarding this length; what are the disadvantages of having such a long extension? Thank you.
There are no uniform and specific requirements regarding the extension length of the接管; this is usually determined based on the design standards and operational needs of each specific project. An excessively long extension may lead to structural strength issues, increase the risk of damage due to external forces such as wind or earthquakes, and may affect the appearance of the equipment or its compatibility with other facilities. It is recommended to consult the design firm for a reasonable design based on the specific circumstances. .

For ordinary feed pipes, the pipelines are installed above a platform, which is at a relatively high height. The final solution is for the equipment to extend according to the standard design, usually by less than 400, with the upper piping to be handled separately. ~~
Generally, the extension length can be determined by considering the insulation thickness. It’s so long; take a look to see if it reaches the equipment center. Previously, when encountering diagrams from Sinopec, they referred to the length up to the center of the equipment, not the length by which the nozzles protrude.

It depends on what you plan to use it for; there are no strict rules. Just ensure proper reinforcement and support. It can also be extended by 200mm; a short circuit connection can be made later as well.
