Equipment: Install two types of level gauges (such as glass level gauges + electronic level gauges) to cross-verify each other and avoid errors caused by a single gauge. Add “three impulse control”: monitor water level, steam flow, and feedwater flow simultaneously to prevent misjudgment during sudden load changes. 2. Procedure: If the water level fluctuates abnormally (false water level): immediately switch to manual mode. Do not rush to adjust the water level; first confirm the actual water level using two different level gauges. Keep in mind the \"low water level red line\": if there is a real shortage of water, add water slowly rather than pouring it in large amounts at once ; If the water level drops to a dangerous level, shut down the boiler immediately! 3. Regular maintenance: Check the level gauge weekly – clean bubbles in the glass level gauge, calibrate the electronic level gauge to ensure accurate readings. Half-yearly cleaning of the separator: Remove scale and debris from the steam-water separator to reduce water carried in the steam (the source of false water levels). 4. Install an independent alarm: An alarm is triggered both on-site and remotely when the water level is low, ensuring timely response. 5. Replace it with a model featuring intelligent control, built-in false water level detection, and automatic shutdown functionality.
