NB/T 47018.4-2022 specifies that for wires of the same model supplied by the same welding material manufacturer, the batch numbers of the flux can be interchanged, and this should be indicated in the quality certificate. How should this be understood?
It’s easy to understand – for welding with the HJ101 model, the manufacturer surely produces multiple batches, and the welding from these batches can all be matched with the welding wire; as long as the model is correct, the batch number doesn’t matter. Note it on the quality certificate
