Led by Party building, Tianhua Institute formed a core team of Party member experts to work day and night on key aspects such as structural calculations, flow and heat field simulations, and process optimization, making repeated iterations until an original and safe design solution was developed, thereby overcoming numerous technical challenges. The project also received the title of “Outstanding Project for Annual Challenges 2024” from Sinochem Equipment. Nylon 66 is a key material in critical industries such as automobiles, new energy, and 5G. As the core equipment in its production process, the horizontal polymerizer’s technical level directly determines the quality of the product and the competitiveness of the industry.
