The individual capacity of each of these 4 furnaces is 28 megawatts, making them the furnaces with the highest individual capacity that have been successfully commissioned by this institute to date. The heat transfer oil furnaces developed by the Beijing Aerospace Power Research Institute provide a stable heat source for polysilicon production. They feature high power output, high efficiency, low nitrogen emissions, safety and stability, as well as easy maintenance. These furnaces not only meet the precise heat requirements of the production process but also prevent any interference with the purity of the silicon material. Additionally, they are suitable for use in environments that are prone to fire and explosion and highly corrosive, thus fulfilling the requirements of polysilicon producers for heat transfer oil furnaces that offer \"zero risk, zero pollution, and high stability\" – bringing significant economic and environmental benefits to users. This customer is a leading enterprise in China’s polysilicon industry, and its industrial upgrading projects serve as an excellent model for the sector. The highest-capacity heat transfer oil furnace of its kind that I developed was successfully tested in this project, further strengthening the Beijing Aerospace Power Research Institute’s competitive advantage in the market for heat transfer oil furnaces used in polysilicon production facilities. This development meets the demands associated with the growth of larger-scale chemical processing plants, and it lays a solid foundation for further expansion into the market for high-end new materials.
