Only containers with temperatures below -20°C are considered low-temperature containers; the standard definition is clear, and it applies to temperatures below -20°C everywhere. Therefore, all stainless steel cryogenic storage tanks available on the market cannot be classified as low-temperature containers but rather as deep-cryogenic containers. As for preventing brittle fracture at low temperatures, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a low-temperature container; containers designed for medium and normal temperatures can also prevent such brittle fracture.
