What are the maximum suitable temperature and pressure for plate heat exchangers?
The maximum temperature for detachable types is generally 140 degrees; this is mainly determined by the temperature tolerance of the gaskets. The pressure is 1.6, with some cases reaching 2.0. For fully welded types, the maximum temperature is usually 300 degrees, with a pressure of 3.0
Check the material of the gasket provided by the manufacturer; mine can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees, the pressure rating is 40 kilograms, and laser welding is used – 18651177775
