Heat Exchanger Master V2109.10.01.92 – an excellent software for designing shell-and-tube heat exchangers, in Simplified Chinese version. This software is suitable for tubular heat exchangers with cylindrical shells, such as those with fixed tube sheets, floating head types, and U-tube heat exchangers. This type of heat exchanger is the most traditional type and is widely used. This software has withstood the test of real-world engineering projects; it is used by large, medium, and small design institutes as well as enterprises, especially in the heat exchange equipment manufacturing industry, replacing imported software on a very wide scale. 2. Box-type heat exchanger V2019.07.23.80 – An excellent design software for shell-and-tube heat exchangers, in Simplified Chinese version. This software is suitable for tubular heat exchangers with square (rectangular) casings, such as air coolers, economizers, and flue gas treatment heat exchangers. This type of heat exchanger is being used more and more frequently, and it is also the most suitable heat exchanger design software for the environmental protection industry (such as flue gas whitening). This software has withstood extensive practical testing; it is used by large, medium, and small design institutes as well as enterprises, particularly in the heat exchanger manufacturing industry. Its performance in designing shell-and-tube heat exchangers exceeds that of imported software.
How come they’re all revolutionary? Could the expert give some explanation? lol
This post was last edited by wiseboy on 2019-7-12 at 19:59. There are several aspects to this “revolutionary” upgrade; to give just one example: the heating of single-phase liquid water, from 12°C to 40°C. If single-phase liquid water contains 3% methanol, some volatilization occurs during heating; for example, 0.5% of the total amount may evaporate (since 3% is the total concentration, it’s not possible for everything to vaporize). Previously, this portion of evaporation was not taken into account, but now you can calculate it. Although its volatility is low, its phase change heat is considerable; in previous calculations of heat transfer, no one paid attention to this amount of heat. Additionally, the weight of the equipment can be calculated more accurately.
Download and take a look. . . . . . . . . . .
Oh, so it means that the calculations are more accurate now, with more factors taken into account. Does this volatility rate then need to be determined based on experience?
