The cost of heating 1 square meter in the market ranges from 15 yuan to 40 yuan per square meter. Calculating at 20 yuan per square meter per day, and assuming the equipment operates for 300 days per year, the annual profit from this equipment amounts to 225,000 yuan. The payback period for the investment in this equipment is short, it generates economic benefits over the long term, and its maintenance costs are low. Therefore, the recovery of waste heat from boilers to generate hot water free of charge helps factories eliminate inefficient heating methods, make more efficient use of energy, reduce energy consumption costs, and maximize energy-saving benefits.
