Shell and tube heat exchanger

Is it a shell-and-tube (ke) type heat exchanger or a shell-and-tube (qiao) type heat exchanger? Who can give a clear answer? The shell (ke)? Shell (qiao) body? :Q

Regarding heat exchangers, our factory uses the term \"qiao\"; other terms related to \"qiao\" include \"earth’s crust\" and \"a cicada shedding its shell\", among others. For things like eggs, walnuts, peanuts, etc., the pronunciation is \"ke\”; there are indeed more words that are pronounced as \"ke\".

I also think it’s \"qiao\", but when I talked to many manufacturers of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, they didn’t understand what \"guan qiao\" meant
We say \"tube-shell ke-type heat exchanger\", but it’s the same; saying \"qiao\" also works
