Please help, how to repair Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger?
What's the status of your device now? What materials are running on both sides? Do you just want to clean them?

Those that cannot be disintegrated must be treated with chemical soaking and blowing. ; 2. For leaks, seal the channel if the heat exchange area allows. ; 3. For those that have been processed and cannot meet the conditions of use, restore them to the best condition possible, prepare spare parts or directly replace them. Note: All possible preparations should be made before maintenance, such as connecting gaskets, bolts for pipe fittings, and sealing gaskets or seals for flanges. For reference.
We are doing major disassembly and washing with water or steam.
By visual inspection, this is a plate and frame type fully welded heat exchanger (the middle is a whole, and each side cover is sealed and assembled, and can be disassembled). A relatively durable heat exchanger that only requires occasional inspection and cleaning. The welded plates are welded using a laser welder, and all the plate bundles are welded inside the shell. (The schematic picture cannot be posted, sorry, please send me a message if needed) The entire plate package is washable from all sides, as all panels on the heat exchanger can be easily removed. There are many people in China who can do this. I saw it once in a manufacturing factory in Jiangyin.
Take it apart and see what it is. Scaling requires chemical cleaning. There are special reagents to deal with it. If there is deposit on the surface, just flush it with high-pressure water. I suggest you recommend the manufacturer, it will be a big loss if something goes wrong.
