Which standard should be referred to for S22053 welding?

Could the teachers please help answer this: Which standard should be referred to for welding of S22053? Since there is no welding procedure for pressure welding, which standard should be used?
NB/T 47014-2011 Welding Procedure Qualification for Pressure Equipment? ?
There is also no corresponding material specified in NB/T47014-2011; for other less common materials, that standard should be consulted

You may refer to SH/T 3523-2009, the Welding Procedures for Chromium-Nickel Stainless Steels, Iron-Nickel Alloys, and Nickel Alloys in the petrochemical industry. S22053 is a duplex stainless steel; the electrode to be used should be E2209, while the welding wire should be ER2209；
