Cyclone separator: A cyclone separator is a dust removal device that is used to remove and separate solid particles that have been suspended in the gas stream for an extended period of time. In fact, there are various types of solid particulate matter suspended in the carrier gas. ““Dust” refers to those solid particles formed by mechanical impact, grinding, or crushing of solid materials, which, once dispersed, remain suspended in the conveying gas. “The particle size of “dust” is mostly between 0.25μm and 20μm, with the vast majority having a size ranging from 0.5μm to 5μm. Furthermore, the solution can also form particles that remain suspended in a gas after evaporation, condensation, or exposure to shock, creating a \"fog\"; once the solvent evaporates, the solute will solidify into particles, also known as \"dust\". When the natural gas being transported contains high levels of dust and mist, it can cause serious problems regarding the flow rate of the gas, the pipeline’s transport capacity, and the performance of the end-users. Cyclone separation utilizes the centrifugal force generated by rotating air currents to separate solid particles or liquid droplets with a mass greater than that of the gas. Multi-tube cyclone separators are suitable for handling large volumes of gas while maintaining a high separation efficiency; they can effectively prevent gas-liquid mixing and are primarily used for gas-liquid separation as well as the separation of gas-solid mixtures containing liquid. Fine filtration element filter: A filter is a device that utilizes a filtering medium to remove solid particles or liquid droplets from gases, thereby achieving separation. Filter separation can remove fine solid dust and liquid mist droplets from gases, with high separation precision. By using different filtration media along with appropriate filter element structures and polarity combinations, the separation precision can reach 1–10 μm, while oil-removing filter elements can achieve a precision of 0.01 μm. It achieves a separation efficiency of up to 99%–99.99%, with stable performance; it is the most efficient and stable separation method among all available separation techniques. Basket filter: A filtering device widely used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, power generation, and water supply. This product features a large filtering area, high filtration precision, low pressure loss, easy operation, time and labor savings, a long service life, and energy efficiency. Note: The filtration separator, when used in combination with a cyclone or spiral separator, can effectively improve separation efficiency and extend the service life of the filter element. http://www.jilinzhao*.com/
