The shell-and-tube heat exchangers used in petrochemical enterprises have a design pressure of 2.04 MPa (for the shell side) and 1.57 MPa (for the tube side), with xylene as the working fluid. Do they constitute pressure vessels? What category of pressure vessel? Thank you!
