What type of heat exchanger is this? Are there any issues with the drawings? The tube sheet and shell have already been welded together – how can it be cleaned by core removal? Thank you!
If there is no pressure in the shell side, simply make a cut in the shell side and add a flange.

It looks like an evaporator; the drawings aren’t very accurate. How is the right-side tube sheet and shell sealed? It might be a floating head design
