Material selection for the heat exchanger tube bundle in wastewater treatment plants

Medium: Ammonia water, containing some hydrogen sulfide and a small amount of chloride ions. Temperature: 140–110 degrees. Location of use: Reboiler at the bottom of the ammonia purification tower. Currently, 321 material is being used; one tube leaked within less than two months of operation. I used 09 steel before, and it started leaking after less than 6 years of use. Let’s see if anyone has used any particular type of tube bundle in this environment for a long period of time; please give some recommendations
Six years is too long; one year would be good enough
It is useful, but it’s just too expensive
To prevent chloride ions, it’s better to use titanium tubes – it’s hassle-free!
