Tube-to-tube sheet fillet weld height

May I ask, for a heat exchanger with tubes of specification φ45x4.5 and made of 20# material, what should be the weld height of the fillet welds at the tube-sheet joints? Is it possible to manufacture it according to the pattern below? The shell side is 45 bar steam.
Generally, the thickness of the heat exchange tube wall is for the inward extension; as for the outward extension, it depends on the circumstances. However, the height of the weld corner must meet the requirements derived from pull-out force calculations
It’s not clear from the picture; is it welding using a welding tip? Generally, there is a relationship between the weld leg height and the wall thickness of the heat exchange tube.
