Superheated steam heat exchange

In one project currently, superheated steam is used for heat exchange, and a steam temperature reducer is also installed; however, due to the high degree of superheating of the steam, what comes out after heat exchange is still steam (with some small water droplets suspended in it, unable to form a liquid column). Steam condensate cannot be produced on-site either, so the steam temperature reducer cannot be used and the temperature cannot be reduced. Is there any good solution?
Asked about this same challenge: after heat exchange, steam is still produced, and a unit that requires saturated steam is needed afterward.
After steam separation, the low-pressure steam can be reused.
If process permission is granted, reduce the amount of steam used; if that doesn’t work, install another heat exchanger after the steam has been heated
In any case, overheating cannot be blamed. It is a design flaw of the heat exchanger.
Is a steam trap installed? The heat exchange area of the heat exchanger is insufficient, and the flow rate of the cold-side fluid involved in heat exchange is not adequate
