What does this part mean, which is like a cylinder with its diameter added after it has been truncated?
It’s not a truncated cylinder; it’s a diagram of an annular air inlet or feed inlet on the outside of the cylinder
So, is this internal cylinder considered a segment? And how is the inner diameter of the outer cylinder determined?
The diameter of the outer cylinder is 100 MM larger than that of the inner cylinder
