Regarding lithium bromide units, if the steam inlet pressure drops, meaning that less steam is supplied, will the unit shut down? What is the reason for jumping?
It generally does not trip, and there is no change in the temperature at the cold water outlet of the unit’s cooling system
The machine won’t shut down, but the cooling effect will worsen (as insufficient heat source leads to a reduced amount of refrigerant evaporation inside)
