Help: During EDR verification, the design status in the optimization path shows as failed

I’m seeking help from experts: during EDR verification, the design status in the optimization path shows as ‘failed’. What does this failed status mean? My understanding is that if my pressure drop, flow path analysis, heat exchange area ratio, and so on are all within reasonable ranges with no errors, then the heat exchanger is acceptable. Is that correct? I checked HELP and searched online as well; it seems no one has asked a similar question
Since the calculation failed, there must still be an issue; check the data input again
