Evaporator: complete evaporation

There is an evaporator in the graduation project, which is used to evaporate the entire liquid phase into a gas phase before it enters the reactor. After checking some information, I found that evaporators all have a liquid-phase outlet. Does anyone with experience know about this situation? It is still designed as a regular evaporator, with no liquid phase outlet, right?
Complete evaporation – direct heat exchange to heat it until it is completely vaporized.
A device for a mature application should be able to adapt to various operating conditions; in addition to normal operation, it must also be capable of meeting the requirements of situations such as accidents, maintenance, and adjustments.
It may also serve to regulate the liquid level; the outlet pipe for the liquid phase won’t need to be very large, so that’s possible.
