The flue gas transfers heat to air and water step by step

The flow rate of flue gas and air is 3500NCMH, and the water is 20m3/h.; The primary air is heated to 320 degrees, and the secondary air is heated to 200 degrees. The water outlet temperature is not required. Only the flue gas outlet temperature is controlled to be around 150 degrees. Let's see if it is feasible.
NCMH = Nm3/h, the water is heated to less than 80°C, and there is no problem with the two streams of air.
It should be, how much the water is heated, right? Can be calculated. But it will definitely not be heated to 80°C.
Does the flue gas go out of the shell side, and the air and water go through the pipe?
This requires the user to carefully calculate the heat exchanger to determine which one is better and the equipment is small. In addition, the dust content of your flue gas is an important prerequisite for design calculations.
Thanks for the reply. The flue gas does not contain much dust. What I don’t understand is that the flue gas used to heat water is estimated to be about 200 degrees. Is there any difficulty in heating the water to 80 degrees?
It’s not just the temperature, but also the amount of water. You only look at one aspect of temperature. If you want to build this system for others, you won’t be able to do it at this level.
