Why do my htri vmgthermo property data show the above message, and why do I need to go back a few days in time to use them?

The license for using the data packets has expired; just set the computer’s date to 2018. Or use time-stealing software to automatically modify the time
Once the authorization expires, either set the date back to before 2018, or use HYSYS data packages instead of VMG
