As mentioned, the factory needs to process spiral wound pipes with a design pressure of 35Mpa and an outer diameter of 12* 2mm, material is S30408, cross-wound with 4 tubes per turn (4 channels). This should be an ordinary stainless steel coil. What is the length of a single piece? S30408 12X2 seamless coiled pipe is indeed thicker and is not easy to handle during the coiling process. In addition, there are many control points during the cold drawing process. ； There are corrugations on the picture. Do I need to process the corrugations to increase the heat exchange area?
It's just that the stainless steel pipe of GB13296 has no corrugation requirements and the single length should be 12 meters. There is just a problem with the 2mm thickness processing. But it should be done by the manufacturer. I have another question.: Does this kind of pipe only have straight sections without coiled pipes, so it can only be wound with straight pipes?
