Product introduction: Plastic Taylor flower rings, also known as plastic flower ring fillers, come in three types based on their appearance: plum blossom ring fillers, Type A flower ring fillers, and thorny plum blossom ring fillers. Main materials: polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride plastic wreaths (PVDF wreaths), ETFE, PE, ABS, PFA, etc. Generally, PE material is suitable for temperatures of 50–100°C, PP for 70–110°C, while PVC is only suitable for 60°C. The main product specifications include φ25, φ47, φ51, 59, φ73, φ95, φ145 (mm), etc. The PP Teller ribbon filler was developed by the American A.J. Teller in 1954; its shape is similar to that of a circular helix with its ends connected together to form a circle. Since the voids in the packing can hold a higher amount of liquid, it allows the liquid within the tower to remain there for a longer time; this increases the contact time between the gas and liquid phases, thereby enhancing the mass transfer efficiency of the packing. Wreath packers feature a high porosity, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, thorough gas-liquid contact, low specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency; they are commonly used in gas washing and purification towers. The CPVC Taylor wreath Type A wreath filler supplied by our company is a filler in an elliptical shape formed by many rings intertwined together; a reinforcing rib is added in the middle, giving it an “A” shape. This **increases the compressive strength of the wreath. (Type A takes into account the fact that the effective overlapping area between the individual filler rings is 40%. By using Type A filler, the problem of overlap is resolved, and a single rod is used to enhance the strength of the connections between the rings.) At the same time, in addition to the advantages of ordinary fillers such as high throughput and low pressure drop, this filler can hold a larger amount of liquid in its pores, which allows the liquid inside the tower to remain there for a longer period of time. This increases the contact time between the gas and liquid phases, thereby enhancing the mass transfer efficiency of the filler. Type A wreath fillers are mainly used in ion-exchange membrane alkali plants, as well as in washing towers, gas washing towers, drying towers, absorption towers, exhaust gas towers, and stripping towers in PVC and alkali production processes. Plastic polypropylene \"A\"-shaped plum blossom ring packing: The spiked plum blossom rings have multiple distribution points on their outer circular ribs. In addition to possessing the advantages of plum blossom ring packing, they enhance the distribution and mixing of vapor and liquid, which is highly effective in improving mass transfer efficiency. It is mainly used in gas washing and waste gas treatment and purification processes.
