For thin-film evaporators and amine-ether thin-film evaporators, the evaporation capacity should be 250 Kg/h; the evaporation area has not been determined yet – is it possible to select the model directly?
A rotary scraper evaporator with a surface area of 2–3 square meters can be used. When heated with steam, the yield can exceed 30%.
What was said on the second floor is correct; I’ve estimated that it’s about 2-3 square meters.
It’s better to feedback the physical properties and relevant requirements to the manufacturer so that they can choose a safer option
