Why don’t I have permission to download?

Please ask the moderator: Why don’t I have permission to download the file at this link: http://www.asimi8.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=52462&extra=&highlight=API%2B661&page=1? I checked and there’s enough rice grains, and no download permissions have been set, but I still can’t download it; I’ve encountered the same issue with other titles as well. Please explain!

First, you posted in the wrong forum. Second, on that forum, lacking permissions means exactly that – forum users are divided into different levels, and some attachments can only be downloaded by users who belong to certain user groups
For example, on this forum, if I upload an attachment and set the permission so that only users in the first grade or above at HaiChuan Junior High School can download it, then you won’t have the permission to download it on this forum. If you want to gain privileges on a forum, you need to participate more in posting and replying; there is no simpler way. If you work on many ASME projects, in my personal opinion, it’s sometimes easier to get the necessary materials by joining the corresponding QQ groups.
