Here’s the situation: my current heat transfer oil boiler outputs a temperature of 250 degrees. Some of the equipment requires the heat transfer oil to be at 240 degrees, while another piece of equipment needs it at 150 degrees. The device that requires a lower temperature cannot be controlled properly; however, when set to 200 degrees, its temperature remains stable. A Berts PID control system is being used for this device
For 150, heat transfer oil that has been heated using other equipment can be considered
Note: The PID parameter settings for the control loop at 150 degrees are unreasonable. You can tell me the set value of the PID; I’ll see if I can help.
Two options: one is to control the heat oil circulation rate to achieve the desired temperature target； One is to use the method of replenishing hot oil with cold oil in an internal cycle for control (or heat exchange can also be used)
