There are no motors and welding equipment indoors. ; 5) Take anti-rust measures on the surface of carbon steel parts (such as bolts and flange surfaces). If GEA plate heat exchanger equipment is stored for a period of time (1 month or more), the following measures should be taken: 1) The plate heat exchanger is suitable for storage indoors, with the indoor temperature at 15℃-20℃ and the maximum humidity of 70% ; 2) 2) Ensure that there are no ozone sources, no organic pre-agents and acid solutions stored indoors, and avoid thermal radiation and ultraviolet radiation. ; 3) Empty the media in the device ; 4) 4) Loosen the plate bundle to 1.1L. When Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger equipment needs to be placed for a long time (more than 1 month) before use, in order to prevent unnecessary losses of the equipment, appropriate protective measures should be taken: 1) The equipment is best stored indoors with an indoor temperature of 15℃-20℃ and a humidity of about 70% ; 2) There should be no ozone-generating equipment indoors, such as electrodes, welding equipment, etc. Ozone has a destructive effect on many rubbers (electric cracking) ; 3) Organic volumes and acid solutions cannot be stored indoors, and thermal radiation and complex external radiation should be avoided. ; 4) It is best to put the equipment in the packaging box before installation ; 5) Metal plates are best covered with opaque plastic film ; 6) The surface of the bolt should be painted with a good anti-rust liquid ; 7) The heat exchanger should be drained, and depending on the media being processed, it is recommended to clean and dry the equipment before storing it.
