Could some expert please give me some guidance? It’s mainly about calculating the plate exchange area for beverage-related applications
After reading Principles of Chemical Engineering, I feel it’s not quite right either :(

Why go through the trouble of calculating it manually? You can just ask any manufacturer to do the calculation for you. Manual calculation is not even as good as making an estimate; you can estimate it at around 800-1000 per K. If you try to calculate it accurately manually, it’s impossible to do so. The convective heat transfer equations for each type of plate exchanger are different, and many manufacturers in China don’t even know what those equations are for their own plates; they rely on software for these calculations. This requires conducting experiments, which involves initial investment. The plate heat exchanger manufacturers in China are all small firms that cannot afford to invest. Few will conduct experiments seriously to determine it.
