A single condenser is used to cool fermentation off-gases in systems with a flow rate of 10 T/h; the inlet temperature of the condenser is around 130°C, and the inlet pressure ranges from 0.10 to 0.13 MPa. Circulating water is supplied at a pressure of 0.3–0.4 MPa, at a temperature of 32°C (in summer) and a wet-bulb temperature of 28°C.

Fermentation vent volume. . . . . . This kind of thing is very vague. How much moisture is in the gas? How much air? What is the basis for K=700?
