By stepping out of the country and turning its focus to the world, Qingwei Environmental Protection has focused on the field of recycled water treatment. Utilizing high-tech electromagnetic frequency-scanning scale-inhibition devices imported from Germany, and after numerous research and development upgrades in China, the new generation of these products was finally developed through persistent efforts and made available globally. Erkang Cambodia Company is the entity responsible for implementing the \"180,000 tons per year of pharmaceutical cassava starch\" production project established in Cambodia by Erkang Pharmaceutical. The company focuses on the research, development, and production of products such as pharmaceutical cassava starch and pharmaceutical citric acid series. Considering the scale problem in the company’s refrigeration equipment, at the request of Ercan Pharmaceutical in 2015, our company conducted on-site inspections. The main pipe of Ercan’s Cambodia project’s circulating water system has a diameter of DN650 mm, with a circulation rate of 1000 m3/h; this water flows through branches into three carbon steel pipelines with diameters of DN600 mm, DN133 mm, and DN89 mm, respectively, which are used in different production processes. The raw water for this project is river water, which, after simple treatment, is used as make-up water for the circulation system. The heat exchange system consists of plate heat exchangers. When the equipment is not installed, a thick layer of scale forms on the pipes after the system has been in operation for ten days. To address this issue, our company selected an electromagnetic frequency-scanning scale inhibitor model QYCT-192514 and installed it on the main pipe of the circulating water system. After about two months of operation, the scale inhibition effect was evident, and the quality of the circulating water improved significantly. Through this project experience, the first step was taken for Qingyu Environmental Protection to expand its operations overseas. To date, the electromagnetic frequency-scanning scale prevention equipment has continued to operate smoothly, providing protection for the company’s cooling systems and playing an important role in this regard. The electromagnetic frequency-scanning scale-inhibition device can replace the use of scale inhibitors as well as softening water equipment; it represents a new approach for preventing and removing scale in circulating water systems. It effectively solves the problem of scale buildup in equipment that has plagued companies for a long time. Not only is its installation simple, but it also requires no manual supervision. With only minimal power consumption, it can achieve the purpose of scale prevention and removal. Its mechanism for preventing and removing scale is purely physical in nature; this reduces the maintenance costs associated with system operation and minimizes environmental harm. It thus makes significant contributions to safety, environmental protection, energy savings, and cost reduction.
