Is there a lot of leakage at the gasket flange on site?
Those with a larger diameter are prone to leakage. Running into a problem? Could you describe it in more detail?
Can the gasket flange (equipment flange) be used in applications with highly hazardous media? NB/T47020~47023 only impose restrictions on the pressure and stability required for equipment flanges, while larger capacities are subject to restrictions only on pipe flanges
In gasket flanges, welding defects tend to occur at the junction between the ring and the surfacing area, and these defects are difficult to detect; as a result, leakage is likely to happen. If the lining ring is also formed by surfacing and processing, there will be no problem, and this structure can also be used for highly hazardous media. We have been using this structure 10 years for chlorine gas we design.
