Attached are my calculation parameters; steps one to eight are the results of my calculations. This is the first time I have designed this type of heat exchanger. I’m not familiar with software or anything like that. Please help me figure out where there’s an error in my calculations. My calculation must be wrong. Because, based on experience, the heat transfer coefficient is around 1500, resulting in a heat transfer rate of about 27 W. Please help take a look.
