Liquid filling nozzle position

There are drawings that I can learn from.* Down? Also, are there any restrictions on the angles between the nozzles? For example, the distance between the inlet and outlet is 90°. Are there any such restrictions or requirements? I would like to add a question. Currently, we need to determine the position of the cleaning hole in the picture, which is the groove where the cleaning port will be placed in the future. How to determine the location? Does it have anything to do with the nozzles such as the inlet and outlet? I know that one is that it cannot be too close to the air inlet, nor can it be arranged at an angle of 180°. Are there any other restrictions?
The orientation of the nozzle is determined according to the process requirements, and there is no requirement for the angle.
