Although the frame serves only to provide support and fixation, we still cannot neglect its proper installation; if the frame is not installed correctly, the flexible conveyor will not be able to function properly. The installation of the flexible conveyor frame starts with the head frame; thereafter, the intermediate frames are installed one by one, and finally the tail frame is installed. 2. Before installing the frame for the flexible conveyor, it is necessary to draw a center line along the entire length of the conveyor; maintaining this center line in a straight line is an important condition for the proper operation of the conveyor belt. 3. When installing each section of the frame on a flexible conveyor, it is necessary to align it with the center line; simultaneously, scaffolding should be used to ensure levelness. The allowable deviation of the frame from the center line is ±0.1 mm per meter of conveyor length. 4. The error in the center of the frame along the entire length of the flexible conveyor must not exceed 35 mm; once all individual sections have been installed in the correct position, they can be connected together. 5. Check that all components of the flexible conveyor are in order before starting it up for operation. To improve the conveying performance of a flexible conveyor, its frame must be installed correctly.
