The technical requirements specify that it should be purchased in accordance with NB/T47027-2012, M30*430-B, 35CrMoA. The warranty certificate purchased is as shown in the attached figure. Question: Can this fastener be used?

After carefully checking the standards, whether it’s GB/T9125 or NB/T47027, the mechanical properties are not meeting the requirements; moreover, there are issues with the elements as well.
