What are your thoughts on these methods? Could you provide a very brief and straightforward evaluation of their respective advantages and disadvantages, as well as the situations in which they are suitable for use? In my opinion, there is no perfect instrument; the so-called cost-performance ratio means choosing the most suitable option based on actual conditions. This is for reference only; everyone’s feedback is welcome; The principle of ultraviolet fluorescence is such that it has a wide range of applications, but it is relatively expensive; moreover, the need for subsequent maintenance is minimal. The common brands are AAI and Ametek ; The lead acetate tape has a simple principle, but at high concentrations it needs to be diluted; spare parts are required later on, maintenance is extensive, and its price is relatively low ; The laser method is affected by factors such as background gas and temperature, and its cost is not low ; Electrochemical method: inexpensive, suitable for low concentrations; requires sensor replacement over time, etc ; Each has its own advantages indeed
There are test tubes available, right? It’s convenient. It’s cheap. Although the precision isn’t that high, it’s sufficient for industrial use
We use disposable test tubes; testing is done once a week, at a cost of 8–12 yuan per test – it’s convenient and fast!
